Role: Software Systems Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day activities of a cross‑functional QA team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Oversee planning and execution of manual and automated testing across cloud‑based applications and mobile platforms.
• Develop, review, and improve test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure comprehensive validation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related technical field, with 5+ years of professional software QA experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or team‑management experience within a QA function.
• Strong background in testing cloud‑based software systems, including hands‑on work with automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and defect management tools.
