Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Software in Santa Clara, CA. You will own the design and development of the Ottava system through initial release and launches, driving end-to-end schedules using a hybrid Agile approach.

You will lead risk management, tradeoff analyses, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering a high-performance culture and talent development within the team.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Prior program management experience of 8+ years is required.
• Strong people leader experience of 5+ years preferred (indirect or direct).
• Experience with MSP, Agile methodology and Jira is preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and medical device experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software schedules and drive quarterly OKRs.
• Manage program risks and contingency planning across teams.
• Build cross-functional relationships and champion team collaboration.
• Develop talent through growth plans and coaching with leaders.
