Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in a regulated environment.
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with complex systems or in complex dynamic teams.
• Experience with project management software.
• Willing to travel up to 10% (international and domestic).
• MS or PhD in Engineering, Science, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Monarch Bronchoscopy product development programs.
• Organize regular team meetings to drive progress and mitigate risks.
• Plan and drive cross-functional project teams to deliver within budget and timelines.
• Coordinate with directors and managers to ensure project integration and milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; close out risks.
• Coordinate with external vendors for co-development as needed.
