Job summary

3dB Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex software development programs and integrated technical efforts within a small, high-impact PM team.

You will own coordinated programs across IRAD, customer-funded development, transition, and fielding activities. You will drive strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk management while coordinating across software, systems, test, fielding, and hardware teams; mentor the PM group and communicate with customers and government

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project and/or program management experience leading cross-functional technical development efforts.
• SDLC experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid execution models.
• Experience creating integrated program plans, schedules, and budgets with risk tracking.
• Strong leadership and communication to influence stakeholders across teams and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and evolving requirements in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting DoD/government programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex software programs and related technical workstreams.
• Set integrated program strategies, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Act as senior point of contact for customers, government offices, and internal leadership.
• Coordinate across software, systems, test, fielding, and hardware teams to resolve dependencies.
• Lead program status and technical reviews; brief executives on progress and actions.
• Guide programs through full lifecycle: requirements, development, integration, test, delivery, transition.
• Provide mentorship and scalable PM practices across multiple programs.
