Job summary

Leidos is seeking a proven technical program management leader with deep experience directing large-scale mission software development and distributed engineering organizations. This role requires hands-on credibility in software development and sustainment, delivering mission-critical systems for the DoD and IC, and engaging government sponsors to shape technical direction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive software leadership experience.
Experience leading large, distributed engineering organizations delivering mission software.
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a polygraph on hire.
Proven track record managing $20M+/year software development portfolios.
Deep experience with full-stack software development, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, cyber, and enterprise data systems.

Responsibilities

Direct full-lifecycle development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of mission software systems.
Oversee development of classified and unclassified systems for warfighter intelligence and strategic decision-making using Agile practices.
Engage government sponsors, shape technical direction, and drive mission-aligned growth.
Ensure disciplined accountability of technical, schedule, and financial baselines.
