Leidos in Gaithersburg, MD seeks a proven Technical Program Management leader with deep experience in largescale mission software development, full lifecycle modernization, and distributed engineering organizations. You will direct complex software programs, oversee multi-discipline teams, and deliver secure, high-performance capabilities for DoD and IC missions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years in software-intensive program leadership, or Master's with 12+ years.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
Leadership of large, geographically distributed engineering organizations delivering mission software.
Proven success managing $20M+/year software development and sustainment portfolios.
Deep experience with full-stack software development, DevOps, cloud, cyber, and enterprise data systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
Experience supporting business development, technical solutioning, and major proposal efforts with BOEs, RFP/RFI responses.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of mission software systems.
Oversee distributed teams delivering secure, high-performance capabilities.
Engage government sponsors to shape technical direction and growth.
Maintain program performance baselines with disciplined accountability.
Drive rapid prototyping, IR&D, and technical fellowship-level solutioning.
