Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Software & Model Quality Assurance Engineer to embed quality across software and model lifecycles. This role provides independent assurance, process improvement, and engineering guidance to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute task assignments.
• Design algorithms using modern theory and proven techniques, adheres to software best practices.
• Analyze designs to demonstrate performance and functionality.
• Develops and executes software tests to check compliance with requirements.
• Lead a medium size team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
