Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Quality Analyst to support quality control and assurance, ensure compliance, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role interfaces with program management and teams to manage data, audits, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The incumbent will lead sub-tasks, develop presentations, and coordinate risk reviews while maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant degree is required.
• 3 years prior experience required in a Quality focused role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, develop and document processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage the problem reporting process by establishing reviews, enforcing policy, collecting metrics, actions and reviewing data for trends.
• Develop and give presentations, as needed. Update user guides, documents and training material.
• Coordinate, schedule and prepare presentations for internal business operations risk reviews. Track and follow up on action items, document new and updated risks.
• Participate in internal and external quality and/or property audits. Identify, investigate, and resolve issues.
• Interface with program managers and team members on contract requirements, customer deliverables and track deliverable status.
