• Proven ability to source, qualify, and advance acquisition opportunities.
• Experience building relationships with founders, owners, and senior executives.
• Understanding vertical-market software or specialized software businesses.
• Clear point of view on applying AI to research, sourcing, and workflow improvement.
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative, sound judgment, and strong communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the United States and Canada.
