  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications and services.
  • Partner directly with engineers, operators, manufacturing teams, and other non-software stakeholders to define system requirements.
  • Translate complex operational problems into practical and scalable software solutions.

  • Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, databases, and data pipelines.
  • Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing and scaling service architectures that support high-performance front-end applications
  • Experience with systems-level programming concepts, including concurrency, synchronization primitives, and memory management
  • Experience developing low-latency or safety-critical user interfaces
  • Experience building software for manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, industrial automation, hardware engineering, or other complex technical environments
  • Experience developing and debugging software within large, multi-platform codebases

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is:

$165,000 to $211,000 per year

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, technical expertise, location, and other job-related factors.

The total rewards package may also include equity, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave, professional development support, and additional employee benefits.
