Journal Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead software implementation projects and a team of project managers and specialists. You will oversee end-to-end rollouts from requirements gathering to go-live and support, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across projects, with opportunities for remote or office work and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software implementation project management experience.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM/Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools.
• Experience with Project Portfolio Management software or similar.
• Justice Case Management experience.
• Experience working in Agile teams or formal Scrum/Agile training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report progress of all project activity within the team portfolio.
• Advise clients and management of project risks in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance against plans and recommend adjustments.
• Create communication plans for stakeholders and take adaptive action.
• Manage project completion activities and lessons-learned sessions.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage client relationships and communications for extra work requests.
• Assist with annual planning, budgeting and reforecasting cycles.
• Mentor and advise a team of Project Managers and Implementation Specialists.
• Supervise employees on the project implementation team.
