Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development, integration, or testing in aerospace.

• Collaborate with hardware-in-the-loop, vehicle test, flight software, and systems engineering teams
• Define, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

• Support software-in-the-loop, modeling and simulation, and SIL infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, integration, or testing within the aerospace industry
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a people management role
• Proven track record of building and leading successful teams
• Proficiency in C/C++ development
• Skill in Python or similar scripting languages
• In-depth knowledge of real-time operating systems and embedded control systems, including APIs, interfaces, and device drivers
• Familiarity with UDP/TCP, I2C, UART, and similar communication protocols
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. permanent residency, refugee status, or asylum status required under ITAR
