We are seeking a detail-oriented Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer to support the integration, verification, and validation of complex systems and subsystems. The ideal candidate will work across engineering disciplines to ensure components function correctly together and meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements prior to delivery or deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute integration and test procedures for hardware, software, and/or system-level components;
- Assemble and integrate subsystems and components into complete systems in accordance with engineering specifications;
- Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on system requirements;
- Conduct functional, performance, environmental, and regression testing;
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot integration issues, defects, and anomalies;
- Collaborate with design, systems, and manufacturing engineers to resolve integration failures and root-cause issues;
- Support development and calibration of test equipment, fixtures, and automated test scripts;
- Analyze and interpret test data, and prepare clear technical reports summarizing results and findings;
- Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, configurations, and results for traceability and compliance;
- Support verification and validation (V&V) activities against customer or regulatory requirements;
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and integration risk;
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry, quality, and safety standards throughout the integration and test process;
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for test failures.

Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- 3–5+ years of experience in systems integration, test engineering, or a related engineering discipline;
- Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures for complex systems;
- Familiarity with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, data acquisition systems) as applicable to the domain;
- Working knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, ISO, IPC, or sector-specific equivalents);
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB) preferred;
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes of complex issues;
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple test campaigns or priorities simultaneously;
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety;
- Team player able to work cross-functionally with design, quality, and production teams.
