Zusammenfassung

T-Mobile is seeking an experiencedSenior Software Development Manager in Frisco, TX to lead multiple teams delivering scalable software for telecom platforms. You will align technical roadmaps with enterprise architecture, manage vendor relationships, and drive delivery excellence.

You will guide Java/Spring Boot initiatives across cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes) and collaborate with design and EA teams to advance SIM management, billing platforms, and related capabilities.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years in large-scale business systems development (preferred).
2-4 years management experience leading programming staff on large projects (preferred).
10+ years IT experience (preferred).

Lead multiple software teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Define and implement continuous improvement initiatives across technical disciplines.
Oversee vendor relationships to enhance product functionality.
Develop technical roadmaps with design and enterprise architecture teams for telecom capabilities.
