Qualifications

• Active and transferable SECRET clearance required prior to start date.
• US citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience leading cross‑functional technical teams in software development/integration/test with FPGA and Crypto Module integration.
• Proficiency in embedded software development and the use of C++.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and provide technical oversight of software engineers, project engineers, and support teams to develop, integrate, and test embedded software in an Agile environment for software‑defined radio architectures.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and EVMS‑based budgets; escalate risks/issues to upper management as needed.
• Demonstrate predictable program execution and continuous improvement; develop bids and proposals.
