The role emphasizes hands-on leadership rather than day-to-day coding, with a focus on expanding .NET microservices and event-driven patterns, including Kafka, across the platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with C# .NET and related tech stacks.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Familiar with authentication, SSO, MFA, IAM concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 6–10 developers and manage delivery of the platform supporting customers, data and integrations.
• Perform code reviews, guide architecture and design decisions, and step in to handle tickets when needed.
• Drive modernization, AI-driven capabilities, and scalable architectures across the stack.
