Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 6–10 developers.
• Guide the platform that handles customer relationships, data, and integrations.
• Lead code reviews and provide architecture/design input; step in to handle tickets when needed.
• Manage a distributed team and drive modernization initiatives (microservices, event-driven design, Kafka).
