Responsibilities

• Lead code reviews and provide architectural and design insights while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Prioritize managing a distributed team and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration.
• Expand .NET microservices and event-driven architecture with Kafka across the platform.
• Support modernization efforts including AI-driven capabilities and IAM-related initiatives.
