Qualifications

Hands-on design, development, and operational stability experience.
Experience with AWS and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

Provide direction, oversight, and coaching for a team of engineers delivering from entry to mid-level tasks.
Influence budget, resources, and execution of processes and best practices.
Set operating practices for AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation across teams to improve delivery speed and quality.
Leverage enterprise tools to drive efficiency and reuse of firm tech assets.
Ensure collaboration across teams and stakeholders to mitigate issues and drive book-of-work.
