Qualifications

• 8+ years leading engineering, analytics, data science, or tech teams.
• 5+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary enterprise teams.
• Proven success delivering large-scale tech or modernization initiatives.
• Proven collaboration with Product, business, and senior leadership.
