Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, scaling, and deploying machine learning models or AI solutions in production environments.
• 3+ years of technical leadership or direct people management experience driving engineering deliverables.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native AI/ML frameworks/architectures.
• 3+ years of experience implementing MLOps frameworks, automated CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
• Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
• Lead and manage engineering teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable AI/ML pipelines, models, and platforms
• Establish MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, continuous integration, and performance tuning at enterprise scale
• Partner with cross-functional technical leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver business value
• Mentor, coach, and support professional growth for team members while advocating for architectural quality and engineering excellence
