Job summary
Amazon Workforce Solutions in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Software Development Engineer III to design, build, and operate scalable recruiting technology. You will influence architecture, drive robust features, and contribute across the software lifecycle.
You will mentor junior engineers, lead cross-team initiatives, and develop CI/CD pipelines and dashboards on AWS to monitor health of data pipelines and services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, design, develop, deploy and operate solutions across pipelines.
- Collaborate and lead initiatives across teams to develop applications on AWS cloud infrastructure and set best practices.
- Design and develop code, build CI/CD pipelines, test automation and dashboards for monitoring health of systems and data pipelines.
- Develop and mentor junior and new team members.
- Lead engineering excellence initiatives for the org.
