Qualifications

• 1+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and ETL pipelines.
• Experience with SQL-based query languages (e.g., SQL, HiveQL, SparkSQL).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and automate deployment of distributed data collection pipelines.
• Design data schemas and operate internal data warehouses and SQL/NoSQL stores.
• Develop metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards for engineers and data scientists.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
• Drive architectural plans for data storage and analytic solutions.
• Build code-based pipelines processing millions of data points.
• Tune queries to improve database and warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to identify opportunities.
• Assist with root-cause research and defect resolution.
