Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development
• 5+ years of programming experience in at least one language
• 5+ years leading design/architecture of systems
• Experience as a mentor/tech lead
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Professional production experience in Java and Rust
• Experience migrating high-scale services from Java to Rust
• Experience optimizing memory-intensive or latency-sensitive systems

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design, build, test, and operate production software in Rust
• Design and deliver scalable distributed systems and lead architecture across components
• Lead architecture and technical design for high-impact projects
