Qualifications
- 3+ years in software engineering or integration engineering with ownership of production integrations
- Strong Workday integrations experience (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) troubleshooting and coding
- ETL design, data modeling, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools and incident response
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Workday integrations and ETL pipelines between Workday, payroll systems, and vendor apps
- Lead governance, controls, and audit readiness for assigned applications
- Create and maintain JCL on mainframe; monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize
- Implement secure file transmissions and data validations
- Use Dynatrace/BigPanda for anomaly detection and MTTR reduction
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure data protection
- Participate in Agile delivery with Jira and ServiceNow workflow
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and mentoring
- Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and partners to deliver enhancements
