Transamerica is seeking a Specialist Software Engineer in Denver to design and develop web and cloud solutions within an agile team. You will guide architecture, mentor teams, and drive end-to-end technical design across platforms.

You will collaborate with internal and offshore developers, apply modern frameworks, and help set enterprise standards while adopting new technologies and tools to support our digital business goals.

Qualifications

• Six years of Core Java or .NET experience.
• Expertise in coding platforms/frameworks including Java/.NET and Spring.
• Five years of database design and NoSQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design across platforms for end-to-end solutions.
• Define organization-wide standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with development staff, including offshore teams, in agile settings.
• Code, test, and document solutions using web and cloud tech.
• Lead design sessions and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
