Idme in Mountain View, CA is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to enhance the client-side experiences for their digital identity wallet. This engineer will focus on developing mobile and web features, ensuring that over 140 million users can manage and present credentials securely.

We require candidates to have extensive mobile development experience, familiarity with digital credential standards, and a commitment to using AI tools in software engineering. The role is on-site five days per week, with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with focus on mobile or client-side engineering.
• 1+ years experience developing production mobile applications for iOS or Android.
• Commitment to an AI-first engineering culture with daily use of AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client-side wallet experience across iOS, Android, and web.
• Implement support for W3C Verifiable Credentials and related protocols.
• Integrate wallet credential flows with broader authentication stack.
