Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will design and implement complex, high-quality features, mentor teammates, and contribute to scalable, fault-tolerant systems. You will build robust RESTful services with Ruby on Rails, develop CI/CD pipelines, and work with cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Knative.

The role demands leadership in technical strategy, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing engineering improvement to deliver reliable software at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Expertise creating robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise with modern cloud native development (Docker, Kubernetes, Knative).
