Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Self-directed; troubleshoots bugs independently and identifies dependencies in large, complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides code reviews on complex systems and drives adherence to code policies, may own coding standards, and proactively teaches best practices to other teams.
• Identifies and develops innovative solutions of medium scope that enhance team performance.
• Acts as technical leader for large teams or multiple teams; generates and reviews estimates, mentors other engineers, may serve as Scrum Master, and chooses tools impacting multiple teams.
