Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Game Design, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in C#, Unity game engine, and SCM tools (Git/Gitlab/PlasticSCM).
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Self-directed; troubleshoots bugs independently and identifies dependencies in large, complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns multiple technologies or features spanning multiple projects; performs requirements analysis and architects solutions for complex systems
• Provides code reviews on complex systems and drives adherence to code policies, may own coding standards, and proactively teaches best practices to other teams
• Identifies and develops innovative solutions of medium scope that enhance team performance
• Acts as technical leader for large teams or multiple teams; generates and reviews estimates, mentor's other engineers, may serve as Scrum Master, and chooses tools impacting multiple teams
