B4Corp is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Bethesda, MD, to support a TS/SCI cleared program. The role emphasizes ETL, cloud, and DevOps across the software lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities include building data flows with Python/Java/NiFi, integrating Spark/Elasticsearch, and coordinating with Scrum teams to align user stories with customer missions. Strong communication and AWS experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Agile practices and DevOps toolsets.
• Experience scripting in Python, Java and Bash.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based deployments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong version control and issue tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation using Python, Java and NiFi.
• Expand Spark and NiFi data ingest flows with ETL developers.
• Develop and integrate software solutions for automated deployment technologies.
• Develop, prototype and deploy solutions leveraging cloud services and infrastructure platforms.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure user story alignment and customer use cases.
• Support SAFe Agile practices and DevOps workflows.
