B4Corp is seeking a Software Engineer for a role based in Bethesda, MD, requiring TS/SCI with a polygraph. The position focuses on building and maintaining software, cloud environments, and DevOps practices within a secure defense context.

Responsibilities include Java/Spring/Python development, automated testing with JUnit/Katalon, and deploying solutions on Commercial Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Strong collaboration with Agile teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience levels from Developmental to SME are defined: 0-2, 3-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16+ years.
• Proficient in Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and SDLC within DevOps toolsets.
• Proficient in Java, Spring, C2S and SDLC with DevOps tooling.
• Experience with JUnit/Katalon and scripting (Python, Bash) in Agile environments.
• Proficient with Commercial Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and cloud data services (S3, RDS, EFS).
• Experience with version control and issue tracking systems.

Responsabilités

• Participates in software programming initiatives using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate
• Develops software validation and testing methods using Junit and Katalon and uses automated deployment tech
• Develop, prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging cloud services
• Coordinate with team members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters for User Story alignment
• Support DevOps lifecycle with GitHub, Jenkins, Unix scripting and JIRA/Confluence to track activities
• Analyze proof-of-concept, performance, and end-to-end testing; coordinate infrastructure needs
• Apply best practices and SOPs to meet customer technical needs.
