Base-2 Solutions in Chevy Chase, MD seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement a data-centric architecture leveraging cloud computing, AI/ML, and cross-domain transfer systems. You will build and maintain advanced software solutions in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include developing C# applications, API development, ETL processes, and enterprise search with Elasticsearch; collaborating with cross-functional teams; deploying in CI/CD pipelines using GitLab/Jenkins;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Proficiency in C# programming and API development.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, ETL processes, and application-level security.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and logging systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance complex software systems including analytics, real-time components, and business management information systems.
• Lead integration, maintenance, and monitoring of software systems to ensure constant availability of technical resources.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Operations teams to develop enterprise AFEM capabilities.
• Participate in test, staging, and production deployments ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Foster collaboration within the team to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
