Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a senior systems analyst/designer who can lead complex analysis, design, and development efforts for critical applications. You will guide projects from technical analysis through user acceptance testing, and mentor more junior staff.

You will collaborate with development, operations, and technology teams, prepare detailed specifications, and help maintain documentation and standards in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 6 years systems analysis/app development, or 8 years combined education/experience.
• Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex systems analysis, design and development efforts.
• Direct and monitor less experienced resources and coordinate tasks.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations and Technology staff from analysis to testing.
• Prepare test data and detailed test plans; debug as needed.
• Review and update technical and functional specifications and documentation.
