Qualifications

• Associates degree and 6 years systems analysis or 8 years combined education/experience.
• Proficiency with PC, project management, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the most complex systems analysis, design and development efforts.
• Lead complex projects and provide high-level analytical consulting.
• Direct and monitor junior resources and coordinate development tasks.
• Consult with Development, Operations and Technology staff on direction from analysis to UAT.
• Prepare and review test data and detailed test plans, and debug as needed.
• Assess interrelationships among programs and interfaces across platforms.
• Document specifications and create diagrams to aid problem solving.
• Estimate tasks, timelines and effort for scope projects.
• Maintain operations of supported applications and promote new technologies.
