Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst/Designer to define designs and specify information‑systems solutions for new or existing applications. You will provide technical direction, analyze requirements, and lead complex projects from concept through delivery.

You will collaborate with Development, Operations and Technology staff, prepare detailed test plans, review documentation, and mentor less experienced colleagues while aligning with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 5 years systems analysis/application development experience.
• Familiar with application development software and hardware.
• Proficiency with personal computers and standard office software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee basic to complex systems analysis, design and development on projects.
• Coordinate tasks and guide less experienced resources across projects.
• Prepare and manage the technical component of project plans.
• Participate in testing and user acceptance activities, debugging, and documentation.
• Maintain thorough specifications and update system documentation.
• Contribute to vendor evaluations and technology recommendations.
