The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least six years in software development, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six years of software development or supporting enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential.
• Experience with enterprise payroll/HR data and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements and develop system design and programming specifications.
• Lead complex systems development projects across the full SDLC.
• Provide estimates for data extraction and custom software requests.
• Develop, test, implement, and maintain custom software and interfaces.
• Support enterprise application systems and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Collaborate with teammates on analysis, design, development and support.
