Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer focused on structural analysis to join a hands-on, early-stage team in the United States. You will integrate framing knowledge with software engineering to build scalable analytical tools.

You will influence technical direction, shape the roadmap, and own key aspects of the product while collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet real customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with TypeScript in professional software development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
• Ownership mindset to ship working software with quality and maintainability.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments with evolving scope.
• Experience across stacks like C#, Python, and frontend React is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement algorithms and software systems for framing and structural analysis.
• Help establish technical direction for a new and evolving team.
• Apply structural engineering judgment to translate real-world systems into reliable software.
• Use AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and engineering teams to define requirements and address customer needs.
• Develop comprehensive automated tests and validation approaches for complex scenarios.
• Contribute hands-on across the codebase and iterate based on feedback.
• Communicate tradeoffs, delivery expectations, risks, and decisions clearly.
