This role offers remote work within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), requiring a suitable home office and working hours aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time.

Responsibilities

As an Engineer 2 in the Renter Solutions department, you will be part of the Product Health team, managing driver and loyalty profile data, and supporting applications using technologies like RESTful APIs, AWS, React, Oracle, and Teradata. Your role involves backend development, data engineering, and supporting large-scale, global software solutions, with a focus on security, performance, and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Reside in the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
• Available to work U.S. CST hours.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Java development and relational databases.
• Proficiency in Teradata SQL, Oracle SQL, Java 8+, REST API, AWS, troubleshooting, and web services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Experience with React, Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
