Position Overview

CACI is seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer in the Springfield, VA area.

This role involves leading project segments, overseeing specific implementation teams, interpreting system requirements, and performing low to medium complexity development, maintenance, and enhancement tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all project ceremonies (e.g., Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review/Demo, Backlog Grooming, Retrospective) and support the creation, maintenance, and timely delivery of all Contract Deliverables (CDRLs 001 - 017).
• Develop customized web applications using front-end frameworks such as JavaScript React & Angular.
• Build back-end infrastructure and web applications with Java or Python.
• Manage PostgreSQL database development, integration, and maintenance.
• Configure and maintain SOLR or Elastic File Search.
• Create and manage AWS S3 buckets supporting web application development.
• Utilize containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Manage and deploy applications via GitLab CI/CD.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance APIs.
• Handle data changes, requests, and cleanup tasks.
• Contribute to process improvement recommendations, documentation updates, and research initiatives in RDT&E or DevOps areas.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of IT experience (or 4+ years with a Master's degree).
• Experience in systems implementation, change management, or business process redesign with a security clearance.
• Leadership experience in project segments and team oversight.
• Expertise in systems engineering, database management, and support.
• Experience with OpenShift, DevOps, and Alfresco.
• Proficiency with Node.js, React, Java, Python, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, AWS/C2S, ODS S3, PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Ability to architect, implement, and manage IT systems.
• TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days.

Compensation & Benefits
