Job summary

Grafana Labs is a remote-first company building a security observability platform for cloud-native environments. You will join an autonomous GRC engineering team, developing automated security assurance programs and tooling to defend and observe our SaaS products.

You will work with security engineers, full-stack developers, and customers to implement certifications, controls, and incident response across multiple cloud providers and OSS projects.

Qualifications

• Experience developing in a production environment with Go, TypeScript or Python.
• Knowledge of containerized, cloud-native apps and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, GDPR) and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Build security observability, compliance, and control management systems.
• Develop automation to ensure security across SDLC, apps, and infra.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and auditors to implement guardrails.
