Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Security Assurance to join a highly technical GRC team. You’ll build security observability, automate compliance, and defend a cloud-native SaaS platform with a strong focus on ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.

You’ll collaborate across security, engineering, and customer teams to embed guardrails in the SDLC, while contributing to a high-velocity, remote-first culture with annual leave and RSU-based ownership.

Formación

• Production-grade software development experience.
• Experience with cloud-native applications and security controls.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (ISO, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR).

Responsabilidades

• Be a technical contributor on the GRC team covering certifications, applications, build, cloud, and supply chain security.
• Develop, implement, and maintain automated security assurance programs for compliance and security posture.
• Develop security observability, automation, and guardrails across SDLC and pipelines.
• Deploy security checks in developer workflows and build pipelines to enable secure delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the SDLC and operations.
• Respond to security incidents and customer security issues.
