Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Security Assurances to build automated security observability, compliance, and control management across our SaaS stack. You will work with a technically skilled team to deploy guardrails and secure pipelines, collaborating with security, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

You will contribute to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and NIST alignment, and help mature security programs in a cloud-based, remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven production experience with Go, TypeScript or Python.
• Hands-on security and compliance programming experience.
• Knowledge of cloud-native security and CI/CD integration.

• Develop and maintain automated security assurance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into SDLC.
• Guide security policies across certifications (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Respond to security incidents and alerts with engineers and customers.
• Build security observability and compliance tooling for scalable SaaS.
• Work with auditors and stakeholders to support audits.
