Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and reviewing production Java applications.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile team within a large-scale environment.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, JSON/XML/XSD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, review, and maintain production cloud-native microservices.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitate Ceremonies, remove impediments, and enable predictable sprints.
• Coordinate PI planning, backlog refinement, and program reviews within SAFe ARTs.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve team performance using data-driven metrics.
• Support integration with legacy systems and modern AI-augmented development practices.
