Indeed is seeking a Software Engineer III to contribute to the development of scalable software systems used globally. You will design, implement, and evolve features for core products, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and data partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and strong CS fundamentals, with opportunities to impact performance and scalability at scale in a remote, U.S.-based setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Math/Engineering or related field; 5+ years experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience building or contributing to large-scale or distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and CS fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain features and services for core workflows.
• Evolve existing systems and prototype new capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Identify performance and scalability improvements; enhance code.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates through collaboration.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly within the team.
