Job summary

WithMe, Inc. is hiring a Sr Software Engineer (Level III) to design, build, test, and ship software powering our product suite. This remote-first role partners with Engineers, Product, and Design to deliver reliable, scalable software across frontend/backend and data layers.

The candidate will drive technical direction, own complex features, and mentor engineers while helping scale the platform. Eligible for annual bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and technical tradeoffs.
• Proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies (Node.js, React, TypeScript).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deliver reliable, scalable software across the full stack.
• Drive technical direction and architecture for key product areas and platform systems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Own complex features from scoping to deployment and monitoring.
• Improve engineering standards, code quality, and testing processes.
• Lead migrations and scaling initiatives to support growth.
• Mentor engineers and facilitate code reviews and professional development.
• Support production systems through troubleshooting and incident response.
