Job summary

CivicPlus is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help shape and deliver high-quality software solutions that support CivicPlus products and services. In this role, you will review and evaluate project output, ensure work aligns with standards and best practices, and contribute to the analysis, design, development, and testing of scalable applications.

You will also mentor others, strengthen engineering standards, and help the team deliver reliable, high-performing solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, Web API and C#.
• Experience with SOLID design principles and unit testing.
• Proficient in API design and integrations with scalable APIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design innovative software solutions for CivicPlus products.
• Develop efficient, maintainable code using established patterns and best practices.
• Read, understand, and debug code to resolve issues and defects.
• Mentor other developers and help strengthen engineering standards.
• Participate in an Agile development team and stay current with trends.
