Job summary

Xplor is seeking a full stack senior software engineer to design and implement in a multi-tenant SaaS setting. You will work remotely from the United States, collaborating across time zones while delivering high-quality software using Python, Django, Ember, and PostgreSQL.

You will lead design initiatives, troubleshoot defects, and ensure robust test coverage. A strong emphasis is placed on collaboration, learning from PRs, and contributing to team growth and processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and Django with REST APIs, models, and migrations.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and ability to reason about SQL.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and data isolation.
• Frontend experience with a JavaScript framework (Ember).
• Comfort with Git/GitHub and PR-based delivery.
• Familiarity with Docker for local development.
• Ability to write and maintain robust tests.
• Willingness to leverage AI in daily work.
