Scientific Research Corporation seeks a senior software lead to drive the development of RF emitter products using modern C++ within an Agile Scrum team. You will mentor engineers, guide design, integration, testing, and deployment, and coordinate with on-site customer integration efforts.

The role requires a strong Linux background (RedHat preferred), experience with parallelism, and a track record leading software teams in defense or government-related projects; U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science with 10+ years of experience, or Master's with 8+ years, or Ph.D. with relevant experience
• Strong background in software engineering activities: design, development, debugging, integration, testing, deployment
• Experience leading a software development team
• Deep understanding of Linux OS; RedHat experience desired
• Knowledge of parallelism, concurrency, or threading in distributed environments
• Experience with build systems such as Make and CMake
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and conflict resolution in a team environment
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (Secret/Top Secret eligibility)
