Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 18 years related experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
• 8+ years of modern C++ development (C++11 or newer).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for RF emitter software development.
• Develop software using modern C++ for RF emitter products and solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and CONOPS.
• Lead reviews and demonstrations to customers and high-level management.
• Ensure software quality and behavior as intended.
• Oversee system integration in lab and field and mentor engineers.
